Requirements
- 2+ years of proven success in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B sales.
- Experience in SaaS sales environments.
- Understanding of subscription-based revenue models and cloud solutions.
- Familiarity or strong interest in cybersecurity, IT security, or risk management.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Hunter mindset for new business development.
- Strong analytical, data-driven approach to sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market accounts, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
- Drive new logo acquisition through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partner/channel collaboration.
- Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using structured outreach and cadence management.
- Deliver tailored value propositions to accelerate deal cycles.
- Negotiate subscription models and multi-year agreements.
- Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewal Specialists, and Channel Partners.
