Requirements

  • 2+ years of proven success in SMB and/or Mid-Market B2B sales.
  • Experience in SaaS sales environments.
  • Understanding of subscription-based revenue models and cloud solutions.
  • Familiarity or strong interest in cybersecurity, IT security, or risk management.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Hunter mindset for new business development.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven approach to sales performance, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle for SMB and Mid-Market accounts, from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing.
  • Drive new logo acquisition through strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and partner/channel collaboration.
  • Expand existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using structured outreach and cadence management.
  • Deliver tailored value propositions to accelerate deal cycles.
  • Negotiate subscription models and multi-year agreements.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Renewal Specialists, and Channel Partners.
