Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated success selling to SMB and Mid-Market businesses.
- Track record of quota achievement and territory growth.
- Background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
- Understanding of subscription business models and recurring revenue metrics.
- Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity concepts.
- Fluent in Portuguese.
- Strong English skills.
- Balanced hunter/farmer mentality.
- Data-driven mindset for performance optimization and forecasting.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM business accounts within assigned territory.
- Promote and sell product suite to existing customers to maximize account value.
- Create and maintain a robust pipeline using diverse prospecting methods.
- Articulate value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
- Structure subscription levels, multi-year agreements, and pricing negotiations.
- Partner with Channel sales, Customer Success, and Renewal Specialists for account growth.
