Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of demonstrated success selling to SMB and Mid-Market businesses.
  • Track record of quota achievement and territory growth.
  • Background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) sales.
  • Understanding of subscription business models and recurring revenue metrics.
  • Familiarity with IT, Security, or Cybersecurity concepts.
  • Fluent in Portuguese.
  • Strong English skills.
  • Balanced hunter/farmer mentality.
  • Data-driven mindset for performance optimization and forecasting.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and close SMB/MM business accounts within assigned territory.
  • Promote and sell product suite to existing customers to maximize account value.
  • Create and maintain a robust pipeline using diverse prospecting methods.
  • Articulate value proposition and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Structure subscription levels, multi-year agreements, and pricing negotiations.
  • Partner with Channel sales, Customer Success, and Renewal Specialists for account growth.
