Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
  • Demonstrated success in outbound-driven roles.
  • Consultative selling background in SaaS, MSP, or IT services.
  • Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
  • Experience selling recurring revenue services.
  • Excellent CRM discipline, ideally with HubSpot.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Availability to work aligned with US Mountain Time business hours.
  • Self-starter mindset with high autonomy.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
  • Develop and implement outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
  • Build trusted relationships with SMB clients.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine sales playbooks and strategies.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for specialized solution discussions.
