Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience.
- Demonstrated success in outbound-driven roles.
- Consultative selling background in SaaS, MSP, or IT services.
- Proven ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience selling recurring revenue services.
- Excellent CRM discipline, ideally with HubSpot.
- Strong English communication and presentation skills.
- Availability to work aligned with US Mountain Time business hours.
- Self-starter mindset with high autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute the entire sales cycle from outbound prospecting to closing deals.
- Develop and implement outbound strategies across email, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Conduct discovery calls, needs analysis, presentations, and negotiations.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and CRM hygiene in HubSpot.
- Build trusted relationships with SMB clients.
- Collaborate with leadership to refine sales playbooks and strategies.
- Coordinate with technical teams for specialized solution discussions.
