Requirements
- Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, and/or MD) in life sciences.
- 6–8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
- Experience in clinical trial design, execution, and analysis.
- Knowledge of regulatory processes including INDs, NDAs, and BLAs.
- Ability to interpret and communicate complex clinical and scientific data.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Willingness to travel up to 15%.
Responsibilities
- Support the design and implementation of clinical studies, including human pharmacology studies.
- Contribute to the analysis, interpretation, and reporting of clinical trial data.
- Lead the preparation of clinical documents and regulatory submission components (INDs, NDAs, BLAs, protocols, SAPs).
- Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practices (GCPs).
- Collaborate with statistics, clinical operations, and regulatory affairs teams.
- Develop and present scientific materials such as conference presentations and manuscripts.
- Build and maintain relationships with external investigators and key opinion leaders.
