Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in project management in technology, software, or engineering.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects from initiation to completion.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
  • Familiarity with the SDLC.
  • Experience using project management tools such as Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
  • Highly developed organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans including scope, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and success criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional project teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing contingency plans.
  • Monitor and control project budgets, track expenditures, and provide financial reporting.
  • Manage communication and expectations across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee change management processes and evaluate impact on timelines and resources.
  • Ensure high-quality delivery of project outputs meeting customer expectations.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including plans and post-implementation reviews.
