Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong documentation ability.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail, accuracy, and data interpretation.
- Proficiency in creating spreadsheets, presentations, and project documentation.
- Ability to build strong working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, and processes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and change management concepts is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments.
- Ability to communicate updates clearly to both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring all milestones, timelines, and deliverables are tracked and achieved across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Monitor and maintain visibility over a high volume of projects, identifying risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
- Serve as a point of contact for vendors, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify, escalate, and track project blockers while supporting timely resolution of complex issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis using internal tools and collaborate with teams to implement effective solutions.
- Partner with functional teams during initiation, deployment, and post-deployment phases to ensure alignment and execution quality.
- Provide regular status updates in structured meetings with core teams and stakeholders.
- Develop mitigation strategies to address project risks and ensure delivery continuity.
- Support evaluation of post-project outcomes and recommend process or performance improvements.
- Contribute to improving internal workflows by identifying gaps across teams and functions.
