Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, associate degree minimum qualification.
- 2+ years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or healthcare-related project environments.
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in global teams.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end clinical project execution by assisting Clinical Project Managers in study start-up, conduct, and close-out activities while ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
- Prepare, review, and maintain study documentation, reports, presentations, and project trackers to ensure accuracy and compliance with study requirements.
- Interpret clinical protocols and imaging study requirements to support operational execution and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track study progress, resolve queries, and follow up on missing data or outstanding actions.
- Participate in client meetings, project reviews, and internal discussions, contributing to clear communication of project status updates.
- Support logistics and operational workflows, including tracking of study materials, documentation flow, and site-facing deliverables.
- Assist with financial and administrative tasks such as scope updates, invoice reconciliation support, forecasting inputs, and database maintenance.
- Take ownership of assigned tasks and, when required, act as interim support for project management responsibilities during absences.
