  • Practical experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance beyond media metrics.
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct advanced attribution, tracking, and customer behavior analyses to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance insights, and improve campaign performance.
  • Present results, recommendations, and growth plans to stakeholders and clients during strategic meetings.
