Requirements

- Deep understanding of digital consumer behavior and online purchasing journeys.
- Practical experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business performance beyond media metrics.
- Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize initiatives, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for client-facing interactions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic management of paid media operations for medium and large-scale e-commerce accounts.
- Develop growth and scaling plans based on business objectives, performance data, and market opportunities.
- Structure, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant acquisition channels.
- Analyze business and marketing performance metrics to guide strategic decision-making and maximize ROI.
- Build full-funnel customer acquisition strategies that consider the entire buyer journey.
- Identify conversion bottlenecks and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve user experience and performance.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and scalability through continuous optimization and testing.
- Conduct advanced attribution, tracking, and customer behavior analyses to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to streamline workflows, enhance insights, and improve campaign performance.
- Present results, recommendations, and growth plans to stakeholders and clients during strategic meetings.
