Requirements

  • Strong understanding of distribution operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
  • Experience in low voltage wire and cable distribution preferred.
  • Proven leadership and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service / Support Representatives.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues.
  • Oversee customer service operations related to order status, pricing accuracy, and logistics.
  • Partner with sales and account management teams to support customer requests.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Monitor customer orders to identify risks and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Track and analyze key performance metrics.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Lead onboarding and training of team members.
