Requirements

- Strong understanding of distribution operations including order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics.
- Experience in low voltage wire and cable distribution preferred.
- Proven leadership and hands-on problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with ERP and CRM systems.
- Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Customer Service / Support Representatives.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues.
- Oversee customer service operations related to order status, pricing accuracy, and logistics.
- Partner with sales and account management teams to support customer requests.
- Collaborate with supply chain, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure order fulfillment.
- Monitor customer orders to identify risks and resolve bottlenecks.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Lead onboarding and training of team members.
