Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support daily imaging operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all workflows
  • Manage imaging-related processes such as document validation, missing image tracking, and client reporting
  • Produce operational metrics and reports to track performance, quality, and SLA adherence
  • Identify process gaps, investigate root causes, and support corrective action planning
  • Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve imaging exceptions and service issues
  • Assist with audits, policy updates, and procedural improvements across imaging functions
  • Train and support team members to improve consistency, coverage, and operational efficiency
