Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and general computer systems
- Experience working with databases and data entry/retrieval tools
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Ability to analyze issues and support root-cause problem solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong customer service mindset and team collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Monitor and support daily imaging operations, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all workflows
- Manage imaging-related processes such as document validation, missing image tracking, and client reporting
- Produce operational metrics and reports to track performance, quality, and SLA adherence
- Identify process gaps, investigate root causes, and support corrective action planning
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to resolve imaging exceptions and service issues
- Assist with audits, policy updates, and procedural improvements across imaging functions
- Train and support team members to improve consistency, coverage, and operational efficiency
