Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy (highly preferred)
- At least 3 years of accounting experience (preferred)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Growth mindset, humility to receive feedback, and accountability
- Positive, collaborative attitude
- CPA license (bonus)
- Experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or another ERP system (bonus)
- Exposure to U.S.-based accounting processes or U.S. GAAP (bonus)
Responsibilities
- Learn and effectively utilize our accounting ERP system, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Support daily accounting operations and financial transactions
- Assist with month-end close activities, including account reconciliations and financial reporting
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and other account reconciliations
- Assist with commission reporting and financial analysis
- Support the review and analysis of Accounts Payable Aging, Accounts Receivable Aging, and Gross Profit reconciliations
- Collaborate with U.S.-based employees, including our sales teams
- Identify opportunities to improve existing processes through automation and efficiency improvements
