- Experience utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to problem solving
- Expertise in building relationships with senior leaders and stakeholders
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills
Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic thought and business partner to senior leaders
- Design and execute progressive talent strategies for client groups
- Coach and develop leaders to build high-performing, inclusive teams
- Lead organizational design and change efforts
- Use data and insights to identify trends and drive measurable improvements
- Drive complex, cross-functional people initiatives end-to-end
- Champion culture and employee experience
