Requirements
- 12+ years in People related roles.
- 5+ years experience as a PBP or similar role.
- 4+ years as a people manager.
- Prior experience partnering with the Tech org/Engineering.
- Demonstrated experience of coaching leaders through performance management and employee relations.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience establishing relationships as a trusted advisor to executive team members.
- Analytical skills with experience using people analytics.
- Experience working in fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead large-scale organizational change initiatives across the Engineering Org.
- Drive leadership development initiatives, including executive coaching and succession planning.
- Oversee the facilitation and strategic alignment of all talent development programs.
- Improve organizational effectiveness, employee satisfaction, and overall workforce experience.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to drive organizational alignment.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on complex people challenges.
- Execute forward-thinking talent strategies that support business growth.
- Drive organizational culture initiatives in partnership with People team COEs.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, people strategy, and talent architecture.
- Leverage advanced people analytics to drive data-driven decision-making.
