Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of proven experience in sales account management
  • Experience managing complex solutions for National/Global accounts
  • C-level relationship experience
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Analytics, PowerBI)
  • Salesforce familiarity
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop clear and thorough strategic account management plans
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
  • Identify cross-functional resources needed to maximize revenue
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews
  • Document and manage action/project plans for clients
  • Manage customer contractual documentation (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs)
  • Manage contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs
  • Host cadence client calls to nurture relationships
