Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of proven experience in sales account management
- Experience managing complex solutions for National/Global accounts
- C-level relationship experience
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Familiarity with reporting tools (Looker Analytics, PowerBI)
- Salesforce familiarity
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding multi-tasking and time-management abilities
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and thorough strategic account management plans
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives
- Identify cross-functional resources needed to maximize revenue
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews
- Document and manage action/project plans for clients
- Manage customer contractual documentation (MSAs, SOWs, SLAs)
- Manage contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs
- Host cadence client calls to nurture relationships
