Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in sales account management for strategic National or Global accounts.
  • Proven track record with C-level relationship management.
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and networking capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strategic account plans for named transportation accounts.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for additional products and solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
  • Handle contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitive threats to maintain market position.
  • Coordinate with internal operations and technology teams to ensure service levels.
