Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in sales account management for strategic National or Global accounts.
- Proven track record with C-level relationship management.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Demonstrated multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Professional demeanor and networking capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic account plans for named transportation accounts.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify and pursue cross-selling opportunities for additional products and solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, SOWs, and SLAs.
- Handle contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs.
- Analyze industry trends and competitive threats to maintain market position.
- Coordinate with internal operations and technology teams to ensure service levels.
