Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred).
- 7+ years of sales account management experience.
- Experience managing complex solutions for strategic national or global accounts.
- Experience building and maintaining C-level relationships.
- Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated networking capabilities and business maturity.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic account management plans detailing customer, industry, and risk history.
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
- Identify cross-functional resources to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Articulate value propositions and competitive advantages of solutions.
- Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
- Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, Schedule As, SOWs, SLAs, and SOPs.
- Handle contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs.
- Facilitate cadence client calls to nurture relationships.
