Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (MBA optional but preferred).
  • 7+ years of sales account management experience.
  • Experience managing complex solutions for strategic national or global accounts.
  • Experience building and maintaining C-level relationships.
  • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time-management abilities.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated networking capabilities and business maturity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic account management plans detailing customer, industry, and risk history.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
  • Identify cross-functional resources to maximize revenue and market penetration.
  • Articulate value propositions and competitive advantages of solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver quarterly and annual client business reviews.
  • Manage contractual documentation including MSAs, Schedule As, SOWs, SLAs, and SOPs.
  • Handle contract renewals and proposal responses to RFPs.
  • Facilitate cadence client calls to nurture relationships.
