Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ year of experience in a graphic design role within an agency or corporate environment
- Strong portfolio demonstrating core graphic design principles
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly PowerPoint)
- Excellent working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly Illustrator and Photoshop)
- Understanding of digital multimedia formats and publishing
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Ability to integrate AI tools into design workflows
Responsibilities
- Create new learning materials using Adobe Creative Suite, PowerPoint, and other learning design software
- Design marketing assets including email campaigns, social media content, digital advertising, website graphics, and presentation materials
- Support the development of engaging visual content across multiple delivery formats
- Assist with video editing and motion graphics projects
- Ensure all visual content aligns with company brand guidelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with the Design Team and wider business stakeholders on creative projects
- Adopt AI tools to enhance productivity, accelerate ideation, and improve design workflows
