Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager in tech-driven companies.
- Experience in fintech domain (payments, banking, compliance, KYC/KYB, card issuing).
- Proven experience building and leading teams.
- Hands-on experience taking products from MVP to launch.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile practices.
- Background in business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder management.
- Experience collaborating with UI/UX teams.
- English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate.
Responsibilities
- Build and scale the team according to product needs.
- Hire developers, designers, analysts, QA engineers, and other specialists.
- Drive the product from MVP to a full-scale release.
- Define and maintain the Product Roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Approve and oversee UI/UX decisions.
- Plan, prioritize, and track milestones using Agile/Scrum.
- Collaborate with CTO, CPO, and CEO on product strategy.
- Oversee product testing and post-launch support.
