Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience as a Software Architect.
- High level of English proficiency.
- Extensive knowledge of SDLC processes, metrics, and KPIs.
- Operational excellence in design methodologies and architectural patterns.
- Experience leading Agile software development methodologies.
- High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD practices and tools.
- Deep expertise across AI architecture: LLM integration, RAG, MLOps, AI security, and governance.
- Proven track record of defining and executing AI strategy.
Responsibilities
- Define 3Pillar’s AI architecture vision and engineering standards.
- Architect and oversee the delivery of enterprise-grade AI systems, including LLM-powered features and RAG pipelines.
- Advise stakeholders at senior and executive levels on AI strategy, technology investment, and risk posture.
- Manage AI risk identification and mitigation strategies.
- Drive original IP creation such as reference architectures and accelerators.
- Establish and lead 3Pillar’s AI Centre of Excellence.
- Mentor engineers and lead the Architecture Practice community.
- Serve as an external thought leader in the AI domain.
- Design architectures that align with DevOps culture and QA Automation.
