Requirements
- 6–8 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS.
- Track record of building for enterprise or upmarket customers with complex, multi-stakeholder workflows.
- Proven AI or agentic product experience.
- Commercial fluency and experience working directly with sales or solutions engineering.
- Experience taking a product area from zero to one (greenfield).
- Strong PM foundation in structured thinking and prioritization.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with pragmatic execution.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Issue Management and Exception Management.
- Build exception management from the ground up, including scoping the MVP.
- Lead agentic AI initiatives to automate issue routing, escalation, and risk surfacing.
- Conduct deep customer discovery with enterprise accounts to translate pain points into product solutions.
- Partner with go-to-market teams to position capabilities and build GTM motions.
- Define success metrics and KPIs for adoption, customer value, and business impact.
