Requirements

  • Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, Dutch, or German.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Graduate degree preferred.
  • 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or other digital marketing.
  • Ability to create multi-channel campaigns.
  • Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat).
  • Strong communication, organisation, and relationship building skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel & Powerpoint.

Responsibilities

  • Strategically plan, execute, optimize, and report on full-funnel influencer campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campaign traffic and key metrics.
  • Identify, negotiate with, and recruit high-performing creators.
  • Manage logistics like product seeding and building long-term brand ambassador programs.
  • Align campaigns with clients' business objectives and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Strategically allocate campaign budgets.
  • Plan and organize exclusive creator events and workshops.
  • Stay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithms.
