Requirements
- Fluent in English and one of the Nordic languages, Dutch, or German.
- Bachelor's Degree or Graduate degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, performance marketing, or other digital marketing.
- Ability to create multi-channel campaigns.
- Knowledge of influencers across verticals and influencer rates.
- Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Youtube, Snapchat).
- Strong communication, organisation, and relationship building skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Problem solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Google Sheets and Slides or Excel & Powerpoint.
Responsibilities
- Strategically plan, execute, optimize, and report on full-funnel influencer campaigns.
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize daily campaign traffic and key metrics.
- Identify, negotiate with, and recruit high-performing creators.
- Manage logistics like product seeding and building long-term brand ambassador programs.
- Align campaigns with clients' business objectives and collaborate with internal teams.
- Strategically allocate campaign budgets.
- Plan and organize exclusive creator events and workshops.
- Stay ahead of social media trends and platform algorithms.
