- Experience in vendor management and supporting contract negotiations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Practical experience using AI tools to support workers' compensation workflows.
- Comfort with technology and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with guidance from leadership.
- Fluent in English.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain effective relationships with workers' compensation carriers and state agencies.
- Support the renewal process for various insurance programs and negotiate to drive cost efficiencies.
- Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and related documentation.
- Coordinate carrier performance reviews to ensure service levels are met.
- Monitor premium costs and develop approaches to maintain competitive pricing.
- Collaborate with client service and product teams to support benefits delivery.
- Act as a point of contact for complex workers' compensation-related issues.
- Liaise between clients and insurers for claims navigation.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and assist with reporting.
