  • Practical experience using AI tools to support workers' compensation workflows.
  • Comfort with technology and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with guidance from leadership.
  • Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain effective relationships with workers' compensation carriers and state agencies.
  • Support the renewal process for various insurance programs and negotiate to drive cost efficiencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of insurance policies, certificates of insurance, and related documentation.
  • Coordinate carrier performance reviews to ensure service levels are met.
  • Monitor premium costs and develop approaches to maintain competitive pricing.
  • Collaborate with client service and product teams to support benefits delivery.
  • Act as a point of contact for complex workers' compensation-related issues.
  • Liaise between clients and insurers for claims navigation.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and assist with reporting.
