Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction within the Workers' Compensation team
  • Offer guidance on complex legal matters, case evaluations, and settlement negotiations
  • Mentor and develop fellow attorneys
  • Step in for trials, hearings, and negotiations
  • Conduct client educational webinars
  • Address escalated client matters
