Requirements

  • 8–12 years of project management experience leading complex software implementation programs.
  • Experience managing enterprise consulting or implementation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and hybrid implementation approaches.
  • Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasting, financial tracking, and delivery reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Experience delivering CPQ implementations (Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, SAP CPQ, Oracle CPQ, or similar platforms).
  • Experience with CRM, digital commerce, or customer experience transformation programs.
  • Consulting services or systems integrator background.
  • Experience working with distributed and offshore delivery teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale implementation projects across CPQ, CRM, commerce, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Manage multiple Agile development teams, ensuring delivery milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource needs are proactively addressed.
  • Own project financials, including budget management, forecasting, utilization tracking, and reporting.
  • Partner with clients, delivery leadership, architects, and engineering teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies and drive delivery excellence across hybrid Agile and traditional project environments.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining clear communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Foster collaboration across technical and business teams, helping unify delivery teams around shared goals and outcomes.
  • Create executive-level reporting and communicate project health, status, and forecasts effectively.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance delivery quality, predictability, and client satisfaction.
