Requirements
- Solid backend engineering foundation
- Experience shipping and maintaining production systems
- Strong Go programming skills
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
- Experience with Terraform
- Ability to parse, validate, and deduplicate unstructured data
- Experience with operational excellence (monitoring, alerting, graceful degradation)
- Ability to scope and drive features independently
- Experience with customer-facing APIs or workflow systems (preferred)
- Security or infrastructure domain knowledge
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core components of the clearing house in Go on GCP
- Handle customer onboarding flows, entitlement logic, and data ingestion pipelines
- Drive ambiguous features from design through production
- Work with staff and principal engineers to implement architectural patterns
- Write backend systems to process unstructured customer data
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
- Lead multi-engineer efforts for core subsystems
- Review code and contribute to infrastructure-as-code via Terraform
