Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives to shape technical account strategies.
- Run technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations.
- Own technical evaluations including proof of concept and proof of value.
- Develop solution architectures that align GitLab capabilities with customer environments.
- Guide customers on modern software development practices.
- Build relationships with technical practitioners and business stakeholders.
- Create reusable technical examples and best practices.
- Provide field insights to Product Management and Engineering.
