Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in a related subject or demonstrable experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in materials planning or analysis.
- Expert user of MRP and ERP systems (e.g., SAP Business One, SAP R/4 HANA).
- Proven experience developing KPIs using PowerBi or SAP analytics.
- Strong analytical abilities for handling complex datasets.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Experience in medical, manufacturing, or related sectors.
- Ability to work effectively across multi-disciplinary teams.
- Formal Lean 6 Sigma training is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Align demand and supply plans for components and spare parts to optimize inventory.
- Own SAP material master data and item creation processes.
- Identify and implement AI and machine learning capabilities into operations.
- Develop KPIs and reporting processes using PowerBi or SAP analytics.
- Provide SAP Super User support across the organization.
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve material planning and efficiency.
- Plan new product introductions and collaborate with Procurement.
- Coach and mentor within the planning and operations functions.
- Ensure all activities comply with ISO 13485, FDA, and BSI standards.
