Requirements

- Ability to work core hours aligned with Eastern Time
- Must complete a federal background investigation
- May be required to obtain an HHS Personal Identity Verification (PIV) Badge
Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct planning, research, content, and strategy development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients and external partners
- Manage large projects including work and process
- Provide direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior staff
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives
- Prioritize and delegate assignments
- Drive new business and organic growth opportunities
