Requirements
- 7+ years of account management experience, preferably within an agency environment.
- Experience leading digital, social, content, or creator-led programs.
- Experience supporting YouTube content, channel, or creator programs is a plus.
- Clear and confident communication skills (presentations, written, and client conversations).
- Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
- Experience managing global stakeholders across time zones.
- Ability to navigate cross-cultural working relationships.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the day-to-day client lead across the engagement.
- Participate in standing weekly client status meetings and ad hoc sessions.
- Lead and support a cross-functional team across account, project management, strategy, creative, and production.
- Collaborate closely with the account lead.
- Partner with Project Management to oversee scope, staffing, budgets, and financial health.
- Surface risks early and develop proactive solutions.
- Maintain a high standard of work quality and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
