Requirements
- Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited school.
- Completed a Psychiatry residency program.
- Active and unrestricted license to practice medicine in Connecticut, Florida, Massachusetts, New Jersey, or New York.
- Valid DEA number.
- Board-Eligible or Board-certified in Psychiatry.
- Experience working with patients in an outpatient setting.
- Experience with psychotherapy modalities such as CBT and DBT.
- Proficient with technology platforms including Google Suite and EHR systems.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based psychotherapy and medication management.
- Develop personalized treatment plans for diverse patients.
- Deliver care via a telehealth platform.
- Maintain a consistent weekly patient care schedule.
- Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations.
- Prescribe medication and manage refills.
- Participate in clinical-wide meetings and internal trainings.
- Provide clinical guidance to patients and peers.
- Comply with clinical standards and ensure timely session documentation.
