Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant and/or postpartum and/or peri/menopause patients is strongly preferred

Requirements

Active license in Pennsylvania (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC).
Must be able to practice independently without supervision.
Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training or 1+ year clinical experience with pregnant/postpartum/menopause patients.
Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients.
Document patient progress comprehensively.
Share treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals.
Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care.
Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session, offering patients actionable insights and follow-up steps.
