Job Details

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience

Requirements

Active license in Indiana (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC).
Must be able to practice independently/without supervision.
Formal perinatal/peri/menopause mental health training or 1 year of clinical experience.
Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery.
Excellent communication skills.
Perinatal Mental Health Certification (PMH-C) recommended.

Responsibilities

Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients.
Document patient progress and share treatment recommendations with medical providers.
Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive care.
Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session.
