Requirements

Active license in New Jersey as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
Ability to practice independently without supervision.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience working with pregnant, postpartum, or perimenopause/menopause patients.
Proficiency with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide individual tele-therapy to patients requesting regular sessions using FamilyWell’s virtual platform.
Conduct one-on-one psychological intakes for referred FamilyWell program patients.
Gather comprehensive assessments to inform treatment planning.
Document patient progress comprehensively.
Share treatment recommendations with medical providers, psychiatric consultants, and other treating professionals.
Facilitate treatment plan modifications for patients needing more intensive or specialized mental health care.
Develop and deliver Care Plans post-session.
