Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in IT Support, Technical Support, Onsite Support, Helpdesk Support, or related roles.
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift and carry IT equipment weighing up to 5-15kg.
- Experience with Azure Entra (formerly Azure Active Directory) is a plus.
- Must be motivated, receptive to feedback, and trustworthy.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for office technology inquiries, including door access, workstation issues, CCTV, and network/Wi-Fi.
- Handle technology queries from visitors, executives, and clients.
- Assist with meeting room and Teams Room equipment setup and troubleshooting.
- Manage the sending and receiving of laptops for onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Coordinate with the in-house driver for equipment deliveries and replacements.
- Reformat and prepare laptops for redeployment.
- Participate in end-of-month and end-of-year inventory audits.
- Autopilot enrollment devices in Intune.
- Handle password and MFA reset tickets.
- Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Business Systems Team.
