Requirements
- 2+ years of Technical Product Management, Product Management, or technical project leadership experience at a software company.
- Experience working closely with Engineering and Data Science teams on APIs, data workflows, analytics, or automation capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation).
- Experience reading and interpreting API requirements and technical documentation (REST concepts, authentication patterns, payloads, and webhooks fundamentals).
- Bachelors or Advanced degree in a related field.
- Experience with AI tooling for documentation, requirements gathering, and/or building solutions.
- Experience using tooling commonly associated with technical delivery and operations (JIRA, Notion, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Support Senior Product Manager across strategic operations workstreams.
- Translate business priorities into clear technical product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science, UX, and Client Success teams.
- Drive execution across discovery, planning, development, testing, and release.
- Maintain an intake and triage rhythm for enhancement requests.
- Build and maintain a prioritized view of top platform risks.
- Manage cross-functional alignment, dependencies, and status reporting.
- Analyze data, client feedback, and market signals to inform product decisions.
- Oversee product documentation, release notes, and stakeholder communications.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.) to accelerate outcomes.
