- High level of autonomy and ability to make decisions independently.
- Strong business acumen focused on P&L per product line.
Responsibilities
- Define product strategy, direction, and product roadmap for the agentic economy.
- Transform existing onchain distribution and incentive engines into products for autonomous agents.
- Identify and execute strategic wedges to onboard human and agent participants.
- Build MVPs, test hypotheses, and scale successful initiatives.
- Define key performance metrics and manage product lines from a P&L perspective.
- Navigate ambiguity and manage end-to-end product lifecycles.
- Recruit and lead a world-class product team.
