Responsibilities
- Conduct client surveys via phone to gather feedback aligned with business goals.
- Develop a solid understanding of the client’s offerings to conduct informed conversations.
- Accurately document client responses and feedback with high attention to detail.
- Use Excel to maintain, organize, and update call records and survey data.
- Maintain professional, clear, and warm communication with excellent listening skills.
- Record all client interactions, outcomes, and notes.
- Schedule follow-up surveys or clarifications as needed.
- Share insights from client conversations to improve the client experience.
