Requirements

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Experience with Slack, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
- Familiarity with LMS systems
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
- Ability to multitask and execute multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology
Responsibilities
- Draft monthly webinar schedule and coordinate with internal presenters
- Maintain webinar and events schedule and communicate in Slack
- Perform simple video edits and ensure quality of on-demand course recordings
- Set up meetings for webinars and large initiatives
- Run Quality Control checks prior to webinars
- Edit Canva presentations and create new handouts
- Post live webinar offerings and self-study sessions in Top Class LMS
- Reply to email inquiries from speech-language pathologists
- Assist with event follow-ups and maintain logs in HubSpot
