Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Slack, PowerPoint, Excel, and Canva
  • Familiarity with LMS systems
  • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM preferred
  • Ability to multitask and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort with technology

Responsibilities

  • Draft monthly webinar schedule and coordinate with internal presenters
  • Maintain webinar and events schedule and communicate in Slack
  • Perform simple video edits and ensure quality of on-demand course recordings
  • Set up meetings for webinars and large initiatives
  • Run Quality Control checks prior to webinars
  • Edit Canva presentations and create new handouts
  • Post live webinar offerings and self-study sessions in Top Class LMS
  • Reply to email inquiries from speech-language pathologists
  • Assist with event follow-ups and maintain logs in HubSpot
