  • Experience with online learning platforms (EdTech) or public safety audiences preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer-facing technical support across phone, email, and chat channels
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through solutions
  • Manage and document interactions within Salesforce
  • Monitor ticket queues and collaborate through Jira
  • Identify trends in customer feedback
  • Participate in product training sessions
  • Assist internal stakeholders with product-related troubleshooting
