Requirements

- Experience with online learning platforms (EdTech) or public safety audiences preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide customer-facing technical support across phone, email, and chat channels
- Troubleshoot platform issues and guide users through solutions
- Manage and document interactions within Salesforce
- Monitor ticket queues and collaborate through Jira
- Identify trends in customer feedback
- Participate in product training sessions
- Assist internal stakeholders with product-related troubleshooting
