Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in customer support within FX/CFD trading or financial services
- Fluency in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian)
- Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
- Experience supporting KYC and client onboarding processes
- Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone
- Assist clients with onboarding, KYC verification, and account maintenance
- Support clients with MT4/MT5 trading platform queries and troubleshooting
- Manage and resolve customer issues through ticketing and helpdesk systems
- Escalate technical or compliance-related issues to relevant teams when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
- Deliver a high standard of customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention
