  • Fluency in English plus one additional language (preferably Arabic or Malaysian/Indonesian)
  • Strong knowledge of MT4/MT5 platforms
  • Experience supporting KYC and client onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with ticketing or helpdesk systems
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide multilingual customer support via email, chat, and phone
  • Assist clients with onboarding, KYC verification, and account maintenance
  • Support clients with MT4/MT5 trading platform queries and troubleshooting
  • Manage and resolve customer issues through ticketing and helpdesk systems
  • Escalate technical or compliance-related issues to relevant teams when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems
  • Deliver a high standard of customer care to ensure satisfaction and retention
