Responsibilities
- Contribute to the migration of existing customers to updated servers.
- Establish A2 Hosting as a leading provider of customer-centric web hosting services.
- Work collaboratively with project managers and colleagues to finalize customer migrations.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the migration process.
- Foster continuous communication with customers and team members.
- Employ bash and customized tooling to create scripts to optimize processes.
- Provide assistance in the general support queue and handle advanced responsibilities.
- Uphold consistent attendance.
- Provide courteous customer resolution techniques to increase satisfaction.
