Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or a similar role, with a strong network of signal providers, affiliates, and influencers.
Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition through managing campaigns across various traffic sources and markets.
Experience working with affiliate/digital marketing tracking tools and business intelligence software.
In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and the trading industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships.
Analytical mindset with a focus on data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network, with a focus on signal providers, influencers, and key opinion leaders on platforms like Instagram and Telegram.
Leverage your existing affiliate network while actively recruiting new affiliates.
Build and manage relationships with current affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging promotional materials and campaigns that attract and retain affiliates.
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure compliance of both existing and newly onboarded affiliates with relevant regulations and policies.
