Requirements
- Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager or a similar role, with a strong network of signal providers, affiliates, and influencers.
- Demonstrated success in driving customer acquisition through managing campaigns across various traffic sources and markets.
- Experience working with affiliate/digital marketing tracking tools and business intelligence software.
- In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and the trading industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data interpretation and data-driven decision-making.
- Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the affiliate network, with a focus on signal providers, influencers, and key opinion leaders on platforms like Instagram and Telegram.
- Leverage your existing affiliate network while actively recruiting new affiliates.
- Build and manage relationships with current affiliates, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong, long-term partnerships.
- Track and analyze affiliate performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging promotional materials and campaigns that attract and retain affiliates.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure compliance of both existing and newly onboarded affiliates with relevant regulations and policies.
