Requirements
- Previous experience working with link building and/or link acquisition
- Great understanding of backlink quality signals and SEO performance metrics
- Experience using SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Semrush, Majestic, or similar platforms
- Ability to evaluate domains based on metrics such as DR, DA, traffic, relevance, and link profile quality
- Strong outreach skills, in particular via e-mail & text outreach channels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Responsibilities
- Research, evaluate, and secure high-quality backlink opportunities
- Assess domain quality, topical relevance, authority metrics, and traffic potential
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify acquisition opportunities
- Develop and refine link acquisition strategies based on client objectives
- Monitor backlink performance and contribute recommendations for optimization
- Ensure timely activation, indexation, and quality control of acquired links
- Maintain accurate documentation and campaign reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams to align link-building activities with overall SEO strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with publishers and external partners
- Report & collaborate directly with the CEO
