Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
  • 1 year experience with motion graphics
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video tools
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (A/B testing, CRO, heatmapping)
  • Familiarity with CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg
  • Ability to work effectively in an agency environment

Responsibilities

  • Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data
  • Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
  • Edit video assets tailored to platform specifications and attention spans
  • Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with campaign goals
  • Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets
  • Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating with stakeholders
