Requirements
- 1-3 years experience in graphic design with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
- 1 year experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video tools
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (A/B testing, CRO, heatmapping)
- Familiarity with CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, or Crazyegg
- Ability to work effectively in an agency environment
Responsibilities
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages backed by data
- Produce motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns optimized for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube
- Edit video assets tailored to platform specifications and attention spans
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets
- Design and implement A/B tests and experiments using CRO tools
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating with stakeholders
