Requirements
- Prior experience as an SDR, BDR or similar in a B2B environment
- Strong communication skills across multiple channels
- Proven experience with written outreach
- Ability to research businesses effectively before outreach
- High EQ with the ability to build credibility with founders and senior stakeholders
- Comfortable using cutting-edge technologies and AI tools
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or a regulated product preferred
- Startup or scaleup background preferred
- Familiarity with shares, share schemes or equity preferred
- HubSpot or similar CRM experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Identify, research and engage prospective customers: Founders and senior stakeholders at growing businesses, through calls, email, LinkedIn and video
- Qualify leads and hand them over to Equity Consultants in a way that sets every conversation up to succeed
- Re-engage lapsed and dormant leads with relevant, timely outreach
- Support upgrade and expansion opportunities within the existing customer base
- Keep HubSpot accurate and up to date
- Feed insights and market signals back to marketing and sales
