Requirements

  • 1–3+ years of SDR/BDR experience in SaaS.
  • Background in selling to technical buyers (engineers, developers, DevOps, data teams).
  • Proven experience selling SaaS B2B or cloud products/services.
  • Proven history of achieving outbound lead generation results.
  • Experience managing multiple priorities and sales tools.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
  • Ability to work with autonomy and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

  • Set meetings via outbound prospecting through both automated and manually-driven campaigns.
  • Partner with Account Executives on territory planning and account prioritization.
  • Identify and reach decision-makers.
  • Build, manage, and optimize multi-channel outbound campaigns.
  • Own the outbound process from account research to qualified meeting booking.
  • Refine messaging, call scripts, and outreach strategies with leadership.
  • Communicate value propositions to technical buyers.
  • Stay current with product and service offerings.
