Requirements
- 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, house calls, home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing.
- Proven track record of recruiting, training, and managing growth teams.
- Demonstrated success building relationships with healthcare executives, medical directors, and administrators.
- Understanding of referral-based business models in post-acute care.
- Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations for home-based medical practices.
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, hire, and onboard growth professionals (community liaisons).
- Develop training programs on services, markets, and growth methodologies.
- Implement performance management systems, coaching, and goal setting.
- Build strategic relationships with health systems, medical groups, and enterprise clients.
- Cultivate partnerships with senior living communities and referral sources.
- Oversee growth analytics, KPIs, and CRM implementation.
- Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and finance teams.
