Requirements

  • 7+ years of growth leadership experience in hospice, house calls, home health, assisted living, or skilled nursing.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, training, and managing growth teams.
  • Demonstrated success building relationships with healthcare executives, medical directors, and administrators.
  • Understanding of referral-based business models in post-acute care.
  • Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and managed care reimbursement.
  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations for home-based medical practices.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit, hire, and onboard growth professionals (community liaisons).
  • Develop training programs on services, markets, and growth methodologies.
  • Implement performance management systems, coaching, and goal setting.
  • Build strategic relationships with health systems, medical groups, and enterprise clients.
  • Cultivate partnerships with senior living communities and referral sources.
  • Oversee growth analytics, KPIs, and CRM implementation.
  • Drive quarterly and annual revenue targets for the region.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and finance teams.
