Requirements
- 5–8 years in performance or growth marketing, with meaningful time in consumer health, wellness, or DTC subscription.
- Track record owning and scaling paid acquisition budgets from $0 to $MM.
- Hands-on fluency across paid social (Meta, TikTok), SEM, and attribution tooling.
- Experience building your own analyses (SQL expected, Mixpanel/Amplitude required).
- Active use of AI tools for copy, creative testing, and analysis.
- Sharp creative judgment.
- Comfortable in 0-to-1, ambiguous, fast-moving, high-ownership environments.
Responsibilities
- Own paid acquisition hands-on across our core digital channels: Meta, Google, and TikTok.
- Directly manage campaigns in-platform, owning performance outcomes.
- Turn ad performance data into creative insight and power the feedback loop with creative partners.
- Execute on a structured creative testing process.
- Leverage AI creative tools to generate and test ad variants faster.
- Drive landing page and funnel experimentation directly.
- Own channel reporting and attribution and measurement strategy.
- Own paid media budget planning and ROI reporting in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to healthcare advertising best practices.
