Requirements
- 6+ years of product management experience building B2B SaaS or platform products.
- 3+ years working directly with enterprise customers in retail or e-commerce.
- 2+ years shipping web theming, CMS, site builder, or design system tooling.
- Proven track record leading multi-quarter roadmaps across 5+ cross-functional partners.
- Proficiency with web fundamentals (HTML/CSS, responsive design, accessibility/WCAG 2.1).
- Experience with analytics and experimentation (SQL, Looker, Amplitude, A/B testing).
- Experience presenting strategy and results to VP+ audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive a multi-year strategy and roadmap for Storefront Platform theming and merchandising tools.
- Lead customer discovery with major retailers and translate requirements into platform capabilities.
- Own end-to-end execution across 5+ teams, driving outcomes through metrics such as adoption and conversion lift.
- Partner with Design to evolve a storefront design system and WYSIWYG tooling.
- Work with Engineering to define APIs/SDKs and internal tools.
- Manage executive and cross-functional communication, surfacing trade-offs and de-risking timelines.
