Job Details

Doctorate-level degree (PharmD, PhD, or MD) in a life sciences discipline.
12+ years of experience in scientific communications and/or Medical Affairs.
Demonstrated portfolio-level leadership across multiple assets.
Deep expertise in publications strategy, medical education, and congress planning.
Understanding of global drug development and regulatory processes.
Experience in rare disease or specialty care areas.
Ability to develop and execute enterprise-level communication strategies.
Experience managing high-performing teams in a matrixed organization.
Collaboration and influencing skills with senior leaders.
Experience engaging with key opinion leaders and academic communities.

Define and lead the global scientific communications strategy, integrating publications, medical education, and congress planning.
Develop and maintain a multi-year scientific communications plan aligned with pipeline progression and regulatory milestones.
Ensure consistent scientific narratives and enterprise-wide communication standards.
Own the strategic direction of publication planning and medical education programming.
Oversee scientific content development for consistency and compliance.
Manage the scientific communications budget and external agency partners.
Lead cross-functional alignment with R&D, Regulatory, Biometrics, and Commercial teams.
Drive innovation in digital dissemination and AI-enabled content workflows.
Engage external scientific stakeholders and key opinion leaders.
Mentor and develop the Scientific Communications team.
